General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, website design, consulting, strategy development, and custom work, all sales are generally considered final once work has begun.
By purchasing services from A&E Venture LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Website Design & Development Services
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of A&E Venture LLC.
After Work Begins
Once project work has started, payments become non-refundable due to the time, planning, strategy, design, and development efforts invested.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Discovery and planning sessions
- Website design work
- Content creation
- Development work
- Revisions
- Research and strategy
- Technical setup
Deposits
Any deposit paid to reserve project scheduling, planning, or development time is non-refundable.
Deposits secure dedicated time and resources that cannot be recovered once reserved.
Digital Products
All digital products, templates, downloads, guides, training materials, and digital resources are non-refundable.
Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of digital content, refunds cannot be provided after purchase.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Reasonable accommodations will be made whenever possible.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Project Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested materials, approvals, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required information may impact project timelines.
A&E Venture LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, approvals, or communication.
Scope Changes
Projects are based on the agreed-upon scope of work.
Any additional requests, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or project modifications may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Subscription or Ongoing Services
If ongoing services are offered, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.
Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of A&E Venture LLC.
Approval of any exception does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact A&E Venture LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection of supporting documentation demonstrating services rendered.
